Following the big success of the steel version we have started to produce this model from titanium material.

From 2021, we produce the modified version for better fitting on the new generation cars and equipped with the New Socket System for better connection to the pipe

The first was to lower the pipe to have a better COG in the car, helping the drivability in fast corners. The other improvement was that we changed the socket system between the pipe and manifold, using two 2,5 mm o-rings, which made the fixing of the pipe more flexible and better sealing.

About the New Socket System you can find a video below

Tips and Tricks

Fixing your pipe on the car

First, screw on the manifold on the engine with the supplied screws but do not tighten them yet. Find the required position of the pipe as low as possible and then tighten the manifold screws. Be sure that your pipe is always fixed on the car flexibly using the advantages of our advanced connecting system, spring wire, or fixing kit.

Cleaning your pipe

You should do it after each race meeting to get the best performance. With pipes made from steel or titanium, it is easy to do… How? The first step is to plug the outlet pipe and then carefully fill the pipe through the manifold end with some paint stripper. When it is full, plug the other end of the pipe and leave it overnight. The next day the pipe should be rotated to stir up the paint stripper and again left overnight. You can then unplug the pipe and empty the paint stripper out, you will notice the deposits in the pipe will all be removed as well. Leave the pipe to dry and then refit to your car. Please remember to be careful with the paint stripper and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. In particular, it is also important to ensure adequate ventilation when using paint stripper and be careful to avoid any contact with your skin.

About our Samba pipes

Date: 1999

Very early on we realized that one of the most important parts of a two-stroke engine car was the exhaust pipe.

To try and achieve the best possible performance coupled with quality that was not available at that time, we started cooperation with specialists who engineer and manufacture racing pipes for full-scale motorbikes ( like for Valentino Rossi & Co ) .

In the beginning, we just made pipes for our cars, but as news of the performance and value of our pipes spread we started to produce a bigger number of batches to fulfill all the needs of our fellow racers. Using special software and equipment and the vast amount of our experience in real size and model car engines we now supply model racing pipes all over the world.

We keep on developing our products all the time to offer the best solution for a winning package
